No cure no pay and 8 weeks warranty
Our no cure no pay policy and guarantee apply to unblocking work on a properly installed and normally used sewer or drainage system.
The warranty is valid for 8 weeks after completion of the work and only if a blockage recurs due to the same cause addressed by the original unblocking work.
Excluded from the no cure no pay arrangement and/or warranty are problems that are wholly or partially caused by defects or circumstances over which the unblocking work has no lasting influence. These include, among others:
- construction and structural defects;
- breaks, cracks or damage to pipes;
- subsidence or incorrect slope;
- root growth or root ingrowth;
- improperly installed sewer or drainage pipes;
- foreign objects or materials that should not be disposed of via the drain;
- re-occurring blockages caused by grease, oil, food residue, wipes, or other improper use.
The warranty applies exclusively under normal use of the drain and provided that the sewerage and drain pipes are technically sound.
If, during the work, it becomes apparent that there is a structural, constructional, or technical defect in the sewer or drainage system, the repair of that defect is not covered by the unblocking guarantee.
